Kassaki Charcuterie
Kassaki Charcuterie is located in the village of Galatas, in the Municipality of Minoa Pediadas.
The clients brief included the extension of the existing building, the design of the facade as well as the rearrangement of the focal point of the project, the yard.
The yard is a space is dedicated to introduce guests to the world of authentic cured meat flavours paired with products from local producers.
